Tim Fish is undoubtedly the best real estate professional we have ever worked with, and we've worked with a lot of RE agents. Having been blown to Albuquerque from New Orleans by Hurricane Katrina, we ultimately completed five real estate transactions in seven months. This was certainly not something we had planned and although Tim was there only for the last, it was also the best. When we met Tim we didn't have a good idea of what we really wanted in a house. He worked with us, showing us dozens of properties, while we refined our ideas of the ideal home. Then he showed us everything he could - keeping in mind our ever changing requirements. Tim is very easy going and flexible under sometimes stressful and frustrating circumstances. It is a character trait I have really appreciated. We were delighted with Tim. We accepted an all-cash offer on the house two days after it went on sale, which was great. However, we do not live in Albuquerque, and having the inspections done and the repairs taken care of would have been terribly difficult for us, so Tim stepped in to get the work done and deal closed in a timely manner. We were rushed to try to sell our house, so when we contacted Tim we explained our problem. Tim was very helpful to my wife and me (who were first-time homebuyers). He was able to show us close to a dozen homes in the area we wanted within our price range on a day's notice. When we narrowed our search area he was able to show us several more homes that we were interested in.
