According to the Albuquerque Journal, home prices have not been this low since 2004. The median home price was $163,808!


But prices of Albuquerque real estate do not tell the whole story. In our opinion the numbers of units pended (under contract) and closed units (actually closed transaction) reveal more interesting facts. These numbers represent the actual number of legitimate purchasers in the marketplace. These numbers indicate that there is a real estate market in Albuquerque. A "slow" market perhaps, but certainly not  a "dead" market!
